After conducting a thorough business analysis, CWR's consultants can take the results, compiled by CWR or the client's research, and produce designs along with models to represent such designs. The graphical representations allow our clients to see a “picture” of how they are currently conducting business versus how they can conduct business. These models also allow a client to view the interoperability of business processes within their organization, which allows a manager to readily identify any redundant efforts affecting productivity.

CWR produces all pertinent technical systems designs and models, including but not limited to, Data Flow Charts, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD's), Sequence Diagrams, and Module Designs. CWR will find the best technical solutions based on your company's needs, which will be extracted through the business analysis. We will use the technical business analysis to determine what type of hardware (existing is usually sufficient), software, and support would be necessary to deliver the type of business enhancement you desire. While developing a technical solution plan, our consultants are focused on finding the right choices for your company and budget. This means if there is an open-source solution feasible for your compnay's needs, we will use it to help alleviate exorbitant licensing fees.
